Education and Experience of Ping-Yuan Tsai :
In 2002, he got the patent agent qualification, code: 7930;
In 2004, he graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, polymer science Ph.D.;
During 2004~2016, he has worked at Industrial Technology Research Institute, photoelectric manufacturing and traditional Industry more than 10 years;
In March 2016, he set up Ping-Yuan Tsai intellectual property office.
